 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3387 as follows:

 3    on page 5, by replacing lines 4 through 9 with the following:
 4             "(T) A violation of  Section  401  of  the  Illinois
 5        Controlled  Substances  Act if the violation involves the
 6        possession with intent to manufacture  or  transportation
 7        of  any  amount,  with  the  intent  to  manufacture,  an
 8        immediate precursor of methamphetamine.".
