| 5 | | this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly."; and

| 6 | | on page 21, immediately below line 3, by inserting the |

| 8 | | "This Section is repealed 2 years after the effective date |
| 9 | | of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly.

| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
