Section 640.30  Referral to Approved PWIs by DHS-ORS

DHS-ORS will refer a customer to a PWI when it is determined that:

a)         the customer is eligible for DHS-ORS services;

b)         the customer meets the DHS-ORS Order of Selection; and

c)         PWI services are determined appropriate for the customer.
