Section 260.950  Failure to Object or Issue Recommendation

The failure of the Joint Committee to issue an objection or recommendation to an existing rule or agency rule not promulgated pursuant to the Act shall not be construed to imply approval of the rule or policy by the Joint Committee or the General Assembly.  (Ill.
