    AN ACT concerning State government.

 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
represented in the General Assembly: 



 
    Section 5. The Legislative Commission Reorganization Act 
of 1984 is amended  by adding Section 8A-21 as follows:
 
    (25 ILCS 130/8A-21 new)
    Sec. 8A-21. Mothers' lactation and wellness room. The 
Architect of the Capitol, in conjunction with the Board of the 
Office of the Architect of the Capitol and the Secretary of 
State, shall designate at least one mothers' lactation and 
wellness room in the State Capitol Building, the Howlett 
Building, and the Stratton Building.

 
    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
becoming law.
