CRONIN. 105 ILCS 5/21-14 from Ch. 122, par. 21-14 Amends the Teacher Certification Article of the School Code. Prohibits a school district from offering as a continuing professional development activity any conference, workshop, institute, seminar, or symposium. Prohibits a teacher from engaging in continuing professional development activities that conflict with the teacher's duties and responsibilities in the classroom during normal school hours.
