O'DANIEL. 225 ILCS 10/5.6 new Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that a "beginning", as defined in the Illinois Administrative Code, caring for children alone may care for a mixed age group consisting of up to 8 children under the age of 12 years. Provides that of the 8 children under the age of 12 years, all 8 children may be under the age of 5 years, but no more than 3 children may be under the age of 24 months.
