        Amends the Election Code.  Permits a person to vote  by  absentee      
   ballot on the basis that he or she is 65 years old or older. Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          FISCAL NOTE (State Board of Elections)                               
          There will be minimal fiscal impact on the operations of the         
          State Board of Elections.                                            
          STATE MANDATES NOTE (Dept. of Commerce and Community Affairs)        
          HB 4632 creates a local government organization and structure        
          mandate for which reimbursement of the increased costs to units      
          of local government is not required under the State Mandates         
          Act.
