JOHNSON,TIM-BLACK AND BOST. 20 ILCS 205/40.29 new Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois concerning the Department of Agriculture. Provides that the Department shall, subject to appropriation, provide funding to research the use as a motor fuel of biodiesel fuel that consists of at least 20% soybean oil. Provides that the Department shall provide information and assistance to diesel fuel producers, distributors, retailers, and consumers concerning the manufacture, sale, and use of the biodiesel motor fuel.
