MOFFITT-NOVAK. 35 ILCS 200/20-12 new Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the township collector or county collector shall charge a fee of up to $10 for any duplicate tax bill. Provides that amounts collected from this fee shall be deposited into the Tax Sale Automation Fund. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
