Sec. 86.
September 11th Day of Remembrance.
September 11th of each year
is
designated as September 11th Day of Remembrance to be observed throughout the
State
as a day set apart in honor and remembrance of the
persons killed and injured in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
