Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Probate Act of 1975. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning public administrators.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Probate Act of 1975. Provides that the report accompanying a petition for adjudication of disability and for appointment of a guardian shall contain the name, business address, and business telephone number of all persons who performed the evaluations upon which the report is based. Relocates provisions concerning the appointment and compensation of independent evaluators from a Section concerning hearings to a Section concerning the report accompanying a petition for adjudication of disability and for appointment of a guardian. Provides that the paramount concern in the selection of the guardian is the best interest and well-being of the disabled person.
