Amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning enforcement.

Adds reference to:
820 ILCS 85/97

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Commission on Young Adult Employment Act. Extends the repeal date of the Act from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2022. Effective immediately.
