Amends the Department of Human Services Act. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, for providers of crisis mental health services and medically-managed detoxification programs, funds appropriated for Fiscal Year 2015 and contracted by the Department of Human Services with providers for treatment services may be applied to crisis and treatment unit life safety work. Effective immediately.

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Department of Human Services Act is amended |
5 | | by adding Section 10-75 as follows: |
6 | | (20 ILCS 1305/10-75 new) |
7 | | Sec. 10-75. Providers of crisis mental health services and |
8 | | medically-managed detoxification programs; funding FY 2015. |
9 | | Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, on |

11 | | General Assembly, for providers of crisis mental health |
