AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2437

     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2437 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.”.
