| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |

| Section 4.18 and by adding Section 4.28 as follows:

| Sec. 4.18. Acts repealed January 1, 2008. The following |
