SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $50,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to the Macon County Coroner for the purpose of conducting autopsies on suspected overdose deaths. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $50,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to the Macon County Coroner for the purpose of conducting autopsies on suspected overdose deaths.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
