Section 1470.500  C.O.D. Shipments

a)         Posting of a C.O.D. (collect on delivery) bond shall not be required in relation to non-relocation towing.

b)         Other provisions of 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1425 are applicable to non-relocation towing.
