Section 596.300  Eligibility for Grants

The following entities are eligible to apply for grants through this Subpart:

a)         Health centers funded through sections 329, 330 or 340 of the federal Public Health Service Act;

b)         Federally qualified health centers, including FQHC Look-Alikes, as designated by the federal Public Health Service or by the Department; and

c)         Not-for-profit organizations with an advisory board meeting the FQHC requirements and having the goal to become an FQHC or FQHC Look-Alike.
