AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by "AN ACT relating to the planning, acquisition and development of outdoor recreation resources and facilities, and authorizing the participation by the State of Illinois, its political subdivisions and qualified participants in programs of Federal assistance relating thereto", (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 105, pars. 531 et seq.), and the National Historic Preservation Act, as amended (16 U.S.C 470 et seq.).
